Revenue Infrastructure
Diagnostic
A disciplined, repeatable methodology for evaluating and improving the systems that determine a business's ability to attract, convert, retain, and grow profitable customers.
The Diagnostic Answers Three Questions
Where are we losing revenue?
Most businesses have no systematic answer to this question. They know revenue is underperforming but cannot identify which specific systems, gaps, or disconnects are responsible.
What is the business impact?
Identifying a gap is not enough. A disciplined assessment quantifies the revenue consequence of each deficiency — converting observations into business cases.
What should we fix first?
With limited time and resources, sequencing matters more than comprehensiveness. The Prioritization Matrix ensures effort flows to the highest-impact opportunities first.
Educate. Score. Recommend.
Every GWS assessment follows the same three-step sequence. The order is not arbitrary — it reflects how executives actually make decisions about infrastructure investment.
Educate First
Every assessment begins by establishing the standard — what a well-functioning domain looks like. Clients cannot evaluate their own performance against a standard they have never seen.
Score Second
After establishing the standard, each dimension is evaluated against it. Scores are evidence-based, not subjective. Every score has a corresponding observation.
Recommend Third
Recommendations follow from scores. They are sequenced by business impact and implementation effort — not by what is easiest to sell.
Eight stages from first contact to compounding advantage.
The GWS engagement methodology is designed to move from diagnosis to implementation without losing analytical rigor. Each stage has a defined input, process, and output. No stage is skipped.

Business risk and opportunity visualized across all Nine Domains.
The Heat Map provides an immediate visual read of where a business is most exposed and where the highest-leverage opportunities exist. It is the first artifact shown in every executive presentation.

Business impact versus implementation effort. Sequence matters.
Every recommendation is plotted on the matrix before it is presented. Quick wins are addressed first. Strategic priorities are sequenced by resource availability. No recommendation is presented without a rationale for its position.

Outbound Sequences
Illustrative example. Actual matrix is constructed from assessment findings and business context.
Six specialized assessments. One unified methodology.
Each sub-assessment uses the same Educate → Score → Recommend sequence and feeds into the master Revenue Infrastructure Assessment. A business can begin with any sub-assessment and expand to the full diagnostic over time.
AI Visibility Assessment
Entity accuracy, citation authority, content authority, technical readiness, recommendation frequency, competitive position, measurement infrastructure.
AI-Ready Website Assessment
Technical performance, AI comprehension, structured data, content architecture, conversion infrastructure, entity signals.
Speed-to-Lead Assessment
Response time benchmarks, lead routing, AI reception capability, follow-up sequences, conversion rate by channel.
Authority & Trust Assessment
Review volume and velocity, reputation score, thought leadership assets, third-party citations, content authority signals.
CRM & Revenue Operations Assessment
CRM adoption, pipeline visibility, workflow automation, data quality, reporting infrastructure, team enablement.
Revenue Infrastructure Assessment
The master assessment spanning all Nine Domains. Produces the Executive Scorecard, Heat Map, Prioritization Matrix, and Improvement Roadmap.
Four phases from stabilization to compounding advantage.
The Roadmap is not a project plan. It is a strategic sequence — each phase builds on the previous one. Businesses that attempt to skip to Optimization without completing Foundation consistently underperform those that follow the sequence.

Compounding Advantage
A board-ready document. Not a marketing deck.
The Executive Report is the primary deliverable of every Revenue Infrastructure engagement. It is structured for executive decision-making — findings, evidence, business impact, and a sequenced action plan. Every section has a defined purpose and a defined audience.
Executive Summary
Overall RI Score, maturity level, top three findings, and the single most important action. Written for the CEO — not the marketing team.
Business Context
Company overview, revenue targets, current marketing and technology investments, competitive environment, and assessment scope.
Assessment Methodology
Nine Domains framework, scoring methodology, data sources, assessment period, and limitations of the assessment.
Domain Findings
Detailed findings for each of the Nine Domains — current state, score, key observations, evidence, and domain-specific recommendations.
Executive Scorecard
Visual dashboard showing overall score, domain scores, maturity level, heat map, and risk summary.
Revenue Leakage Analysis
Quantification of estimated revenue leakage by domain, with supporting evidence and assumptions.

Begin the Diagnostic
The Discovery Call is the first stage of the diagnostic.
The Discovery Call is not a sales conversation. It is a structured diagnostic interview — the first step in the Prepare stage. We gather business context, identify the highest-priority domains, and determine whether a full Revenue Infrastructure Assessment is the right next step.
